Mr. Vice President, just a couple of days ago you admitted Wikileaks had NOT actually inflicted significant damage. Which story is it? You cannot have it both ways.

If Wikileaks has revealed things said or done by your staff that have embarrasse­d them or caused foreign diplomats to distrust them, perhaps the place to look is at your staff's profession­alism and conduct. It is shameful, especially for a Democrat, and extremely dangerous, to try to elevate to the level of "terrorism­" word and acts that have merely caused diplomatic discomfort and inconvenie­nce.
