How could we have missed the BIGGEST news story of the day?

Federal Judge to hear Obama Birth Certificate on the Merits!

At the hearing today at the Federal Court building in Santa Ana, Judge Carter reportedly said the following:
1. There will be a trial.
2. It will be heard on the merits.
3. Nothing will be dismissed on proceedural issues.
4. The trial will be expeditious, and the judge pledged to give case priority.
5. Being a former Marine he realizes the importance of having a Constitutionally qualified POTUS/CINC.
6. Judge stated that if Obama isn't Constitutionally qualifed he needs to leave the White House

One would think that news of this importance would have been covered by the networks, the major newspapers, and last; but not least...DU.

But, noooooo! I have to learn this at FR. Could it be true? Being ever the skeptic, I had to double check the accuracy of this story. My answer came quickly. I googled "Obama eligibility case will be heard on merits", and came up with 35,100 hits!

And as soon as I realized this had been reported at godlikeproductions.com, therightsideoflife.com, as well as that bastion of truth, FR...that was enough for me. Well, that and all the "WOOHOOS!"

I am crushed.
