This kind of chronic complaining about not getting one's way speaks to a deeply embedded childish nature that learned through misconduct it can be rewarded by having tantrums. Some never outgrow that, and these weekend unrec threads are evidence of it.

None of these whiners ever write the admins about it. They want to bemoan and castigate posters who USE the feature. It doesn't matter if you post on the thread and tell them why their thread sucks, either. Posting comments and telling them why their opinion is lame will not be sufficient. They'll still wail uncontrollably "but why?!"
