I would not extrapolate this decision any further beyond that. "Hells Kitchen" is not going to air on Fox without the beeps anytime soon, but if a 'fleeting' "fuck" makes it through on a live broadcast somewhere now the networks won't have to worry about getting fined by the FCC.
