Controversial Toilet Sign Considered Free Speech, Will Remain Posted
Hendricks Says Sign Posted Over Cams Pointed At His Home BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. -- A controversial "Keep Out" sign created from a toilet seat that a homeowner posted in response to a neighbor's new security cams is protected free speech, according to Brevard County code enforcement. The homemade toilet sign is hanging in the South Patrick Shores neighborhood along the eastern property line of 439 Aruba Court on Arthur Hendricks' property. Hendricks said he put up the sign because his neighbor has two security cameras pointed at his property.
