Destroyer of treats...I love it. Describes my Poms perfectly.

Here's a good start. The AKC Pomeranian Club has a number of rescue contacts in Baltimore. Most rescues are adult dogs but occasionally they'll need to place younger guys. You might want to bookmark their page:
