--in the pdf toolbar, click the button that looks like a capital "I" with a black triangle beside it (the Select tool)l

--Click and drag over the text you want to copy.

--Right-click the mouse and click "Copy" or "Copy to clipboard" (whichever it says)

--Go into your Reply, right-click and click "Paste."
