What makes BRAZILE a "superdelegate"? Plus, she will quit Dems if supers outweigh votes

She was sitting there, but didn't say it herself. George WILL said she would quit the Democratic Party if the superdelegates overrule the popular vote.

As for superdelegates-- elected officials, who else? Plus, it's being said that superdelegates "were not elected by anybody"-- ?
