And yes, there is cultural bribery in this country too, the mob, building inspectors, etc. But our government is primarily European Exploiters, so we never end up at the short end of the stick the way countries like Haiti do. It's money. If those people had it, they wouldn't be eating dirt. I can't understand why you deny it.
