NOT! They'll make excuses like they always do.

I hate this and wish the Constitution would be amended to eliminate this part of the Presidents role. At least to eliminate the fact that they can pardon those that worked in their administration. The only time a president should be allowed to pardon someone is if there are questions about the fairness of the trial.
