They name everyone concerned and the hospital the baby was born at. They can't put all that on their front page with it being basically true - they may misquote people, but they couldn't print pictures of children like that in a made-up story. There are too many people involved - people will say if they've made it up.

If it were "a 13 year-old Sussex boy is said to have become a father" then it would be suspicious.
