Probably the Tennessee Valley Authority as well.

The US Mint makes a profit, as does the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. And the IRS makes a nice profit as well, especially when they audit rich people like Limbaugh.



Of course, the point of a government agency is NOT to make a profit. Either they are performing a govermental service, which is a cost to the budget, or they're suppose to break about even.
