Their destruction is not like the Titanic or Hindenburg... as both of those were tragedies and were over inside of 24 hours.

to me the gop's destruction is more like the death of a Forrest due to pine beetles. it is slow and unstoppable. The only two ways to halt the devastation is, to burn or cut the whole Forrest down.
