6. Ms. Sotomayor, how would you have ruled in the Dred Scott case?
Would you have gone with the majority of the Supreme Court in ruling that African Americans have no protections under the Constitution and can never become U.S. citizens, or would you have taken the dreaded activist position of an evil activist judge?
