they look like greedy bastards. and i would believe that she DID talk to them and call them and that THEY are the ones lying about it. She wasn't asking them to eat it here.... she was asking for them to let someone else buy the tickets for a couple of years until she got on her feet again... and it sounds like if they had a waiting list that wouldn't have been a problem. If they were smart, they could have used this woman for publicity and let her have the tickets for free... see, we know what you are going through, fans... we're all a family. but they didn't and they gave themselves a big black eye for it.
