57. Doubt that our 'troops' in many places would want to come home
Germany, Spain, Italy, UK, Australia, Japan, Micronesia ... getting to live in places like that is one of the attractions for joining the military!

Of course, "troops" pretty much only refers to USA - not USMC, USN, USAF so a lot of the more choice duty stations would not be adversely affected by 'bringing the troops home'.

About our two current wars: Declare victory, come home (or redeploy to some of the locations listed). Not just the 'troops' either (though USA is doing the lion's share of the fighting) but all servicemen (and women).
