6. Unfortunately there is no way that he will not receive

a Dishonorable Discharge and Prison time. The Iraq Invasion will not be declared Illegal by a Military Court. That would mean every US Service member could bring forth that case and leave Iraq. I doubt if any Civilian Court would declare the Iraq Invasion illegal either. It is a sad situation but reality will prevail.
