7. Manufacturing is starting to pick up
I see it commodities (metals, paper, raw materials), energy (natural gas prices are beginning to go back up from an 8 year low)and durable goods.

And customers are placing orders again.

And they are placing rush orders because they let their inventories run too low for the recent increase in demand.

We in turn are starting to hire temps and work overtime because we have let our inventories run low.

we are also calling our suppliers for rush orders because we have cut back on our stock.

I fully expect the jobs picture to show serious improvement by the 4th of July.
