It is simple if you feel you don't need health insurance or pay the tax that's fine but when you come down with cancer don't expect to be cared for by the taxpayers or insurance that other people paid for. It's people like you that force me to pay for uninsured motorists insurance on my car. If you want Medicare you must pay into it. If we would could have gotten a public option you would have paid into it or paid taxes to support it.
