might not be so "stubborn" if policies were directed towards job creation instead of free trade and the health of the top of the pyramid.

As far as "policies that are going to move us forward versus the policies that will get us back into a mess," hopefully there are some maverick Democratic candidates that recognize this administration's bad policies and will work to send BETTER policies to the WH. I don't think Obama recognizes where "forward" is, and if he didn't like the mess, he shouldn't have appointed people that helped us get into it to begin with.

I certainly agree with your assessment. At this point, Democrats who want to win in November might want to distance themselves from the Obama administration.
