W spent 977 days @ either Camp David or Crawford Texas that is ... 2.68 years out of 8 years in office ....
roughly 1/3 of this time in the White house.

This does not count time off for vacations, going to Daddy's house in Maine, going biking, and other things.


Yes, that's 487 days. And Camp David is not even where the president has spent the most time when not at the White House:
