Interesting to see Corporate McPravda at "work" covering the trail of truth in service of the state:

At the request of the Obama administration, The New York Times has agreed not to publish the text of the cable.

In addition to preventing readers from seeing for themselves what the deal is, the orders are in direct conflict with the Press's constitutionally mandated responsibility:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. -- First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States

Without the Truth, We the People don't stand a chance. I guess that's the idea.
