at the Wash Post or at Real Clear Politics?

Summary of Article: Bush is liberal because:

1) Focus on Education -- No child left behind
2) Diversity in adminstration -- condi, powell, paige, gonzalez
3) Iraq - liberting people of Iraq from dictator

cohen concedes that the Bushco is completely incompetent. But that Bush's mindset/heart is a liberal one.
