18. Caster class.

Various types of Wizards, mostly offensive, but with a few defensive spells.

in most computer games, and old role playing games, caster class was about intelligence. They can deal out much damage, but have to be hidden in back row, Healers and clerics have armor. So really it is about blowing through the front lines and getting your tanks on the casters. Also basic mobile warfare doctrine. Taking out back row archers for instance, or when Alex went for the Persian leader to get him to break. Or even when the Persians found a route to the rear of the Spartans.

People that fight the 'tanks' like news shows and distractions really are not doing much, got to get the casters dealing out the damage. Since those tanks main goal is to drag out a conversation they know is disingenuous, so you spend hours explaining the same stuff, then they spend a few minutes disregarding it with a dishonest comment. Takes hours to show why a disingenuous person is wrong, only takes a few minutes to make a false claim. Why BS detectors are important for people to have also. Some that go after the media do some good of coarse, tying up those tanks, but somebody has to be going after the casters, or not going to get much done.

And protect your own healers and casters also, but that is a mixed metaphor outside of context of this post metaphor.

Although in metaphor, multiclassing rocks :D

Maxing out stats and skills while on the journey is better then spending skill points for short term gain in my view, in most of those situations. So I also spent time to become a Master Crafter in most of the online games I played.
