the debts of the Gamblers on Wall Street.

And yes, at least in Europe where the full impact of the IMF/World Bank's Austerity policies have been felt and rejected by the people. But their puppet governments, so far, have been deaf to the Democratic Voices of the people. Which is why there are worldwide protests which have finally spread to the US.
