Is he a "plan B" or something?

I haven't seen this mentioned (admittedly I could've just missed it).

Beyond a gratuitous shot at "central planning" (NICE attempt at calling the President a Commie without exactly saying so!), and something about representatives who "respect and admire" business (no matter what, I guess), and of course invoking the spirit of the great Ronald Reagan to come back and help us all, I don't really get why he's yapping.

Between him and Bachmann, I have to wonder if Boener and McConnell have any real control over their caucus at all...so much for a unified message.

Also, he seems so skeezy compared to his Dad, who (warts and all) at least comes across as genuine in his beliefs AND intelligent enough to outline his positions off the cuff. I sincerely doubt Jr. could do the same.
