This is what they believe.

The Arab world is a cruel, barbaric world with none of the constraints obeyed by we in the Western world.They laugh at international laws.When they commit crimes or terror against innocent civilians in foreign countries, all the Arab countries provide sanctuaries to these criminals where Western law cannot reach them.

They also know that public opinion in the U.S. and Europe acts as a restraint to our politicians who are left without any recourse on this matter.The United Nations Security Council is another impediment to reaching these terrorists and bringing them to justice.

So, whatever we do has to overcome these obstacles.

We must have such a devastating "Terror Incident" on U.S. soil that the entire perception of the U.S. with regard to the Arab world would undergo a sea change. This is why 9/11 became important.We will not hesitate to lie ,cheat and steal our way to war.We will disregard all international laws.We will instead become the "Madman" that Richard Nixon became fond of.

We must continually mix one country with another,make false accusations so the Arabs can never be sure what our real intents are and mount a war against an innocent country ( by our definition, not theirs).While we will publicly profess we will bring Democracy and Freedom, our real aim is to promote disorder, ruin,chaos,civil wars.We will loot their resources and stay inside protected enclaves from which we will launch our own terror operations both within and without the conquered territories.

By the time our war reaches its zenith, the Arabs will be made to regret the day they were born.We will treat them like dirt, show total disregard for their religions, their women, their men, their children and their institutions.
