7. It should be clear that even the inevitable comparisons to the Nazis are
going to be inadequate when we talk about the PNAC. Their patron saint, Leo Strauss, essentially reformulated Mein Kampf in its modern day version and sold its prescriptions to a group of megalomaniacs like Cheney and Rumsfeld,a group of Jewish intellectuals who were alarmed by the Intifada in Israel and our own religious fundamentalists who were intent on transforming the U.S. into an avenging Christian nation.Leo Strauss himself was an admirer of the Nazis, his only regret being that he ,as a jew, was not included in the concept of the Ubermenschen. When he came to Chicago he was alarmed that blacks, hispanics, Asians and other Untermenschen had voting rights like him. This is clearly shown in his writings where he carefully couched his words to avoid any racial implications and resorted to verbal stratagems like the Elite and the Masses.

When they talk about biological warfare against specific genotypes that was indeed picked up by another Neocon intellectual,Saul Bellow, who was adept at denigrating blacks and their supposedly subpar intellectual accomplishments.
