Boy, she really showed them Dems. Not a single fact, just conjecture and finger-pointing and her lunatic base eats it up.

3. I think it might be a valid argument
but here's the big HOWEVER. In military organizations, and hopefully civilian organizations, everyone has a boss who is responsible for the "janitors" good work or bad work; training, welfare and morale. And boss' in the military get the credit for good work of subordinates and get their asses kicked for bad work of subordinates. Responsibility goes up and down the chain. Responsibility, a novel and time tested valuable tool, totally lost on conservatives who get lost in the conceptualization of "responsibility" or truth or honesty.

4. when the janitors were directly under
military command there was no problem.

A halliburton sub. takes over, reduces workforce by 80% and charges more than it cost before and all hell breaks loose.

5. Were janitorial services privitized? According to the Chicago Tribune, they were.
Edited on Thu Mar-15-07 08:08 AM by OregonBlue
Duckworth said she wanted to know whether the former lodge was opened too soon because of the constant stream of wounded soldiers arriving from Afghanistan and Iraq. She also wants to find out whether contracting out janitorial services led to the poor conditions there.
