No story. The groom didn't show... |

Old story/joke about an inept reporter who gets bounced from the city desk to the society page. He goes out to cover the big society wedding of the year.
The next day his editor asks why he didn't turn in a story of the wedding. Reporter says, "There was nothing to report. The groom didn't show."
On TV they just showed exit polling suggesting that Obama was a non-factor in New Jersey.
19% pro Obama 20% Anti-Obama 60% Obama had not effect on their vote
Obama won NJ handily, IIRC.
No story. The Obama voters didn't show.

On Edit: Damn! We really didn't show up. In Virginia non-white and under-30 both down 10% from 2008 as portion of voters.

1. The real story will be about how much traction the wing-nuts can get out of the spin. nt |

4. Not sure if I buy your poll reading analysis. |

It seems to me that this doesn't indicate that Obama voters didn't turn out, only that voters saw this as strictly Christie v Corzine.
