Lu Young Dies in Her Sleep

The wife of Alaska Congressman Don Young has died. Lu Young, 67, died in her sleep at the couple’s home in Great Falls, Virginia outside of Washington late Saturday night or early Sunday morning, according to the congressman’s office. The exact cause of death is not yet known.

and whatever we think of Don's politics, it's been pretty clear that Lu has been the light of his life. I can't imagine how devastated he must be.

2. I harbor no ill will toward Lu and regret her passing

but I hope Don's devastated enough to leave politics. He's been my non-representative for over thirty years now and enough is enough.
