I never thought I'd see the day--I think Pederson wil pull off a win! |
|
My jaw nearly hit the floor when I saw the ad criticizing Kyl for his vote on the abortion amendment. That this could be considered a WINNING issue--one worthy to campaign on--just floors me (in a GOOD way).
Not only that, but the pathetic response ad from Kyl can't go into specifics--he's supported the pro-criminalization factions at every turn--and "one of the best Senators in Washington" has to piggyback his stance on the issue to :rofl::rofl: JOHN McCAIN, who has also sold half the population out on the issue.
Don't get me wrong, I'm as pro-choice as it gets and marched side by side with my wonderful, departed with my mom for abortion rights (she once helped one of her dearest friends get a then illegal abortion, which she said was too horrible to discuss with me). It just indicates to me that the Radical Religious Right, especiall y the single-issue voters, may NOT be a factor in this election year.
And for that, all I can say is (pardon the expression, but I think it applies), thank God!

Both the Republic and Tribune are playing up Kyl after the debates.
I really want Pederson to win this one. I loathe Kyl. Kyl did say during the debates that he supported abortion in the case of rape or incest. bs!
