Notice how incredibly warm and eerily dry it's been? |
|
No rain in site for January, apparently. Fingers crossed for February.

|
all during winter, it evens out. Brace for fires.

3. That depends on two things: |
|
How sandy or clay-like your soil is.
And how drought-resistant your plants are.
If your soil has a lot of clay in it, then that holds the water really well...
If your soil is sandy, then it'll drain quickly and will need watering sooner.
The plants will wilt and look sad when they need some water...
Good luck!

5. I went ahead and planted sweet corn last weekend, because there's no cold weather... |
|
...for the foreseeable future.
I could get zapped by a frost, but it's not likely IMO.
