This is a story about a couple busted for growing medical marijuana that they claim they were growing for patients. Then the story states this,"Registration isn't required if the patient is growing or possesses his or her own marijuana." Like, four, I think. For the equally small handful of medical MJ patients who don't grow their own. :shrug:
I do believe the patients are also kept in a registry, however.
