waddya know, Simmons voted no on CAFTA
I called his office yesterday and was told he was leaning towards a no vote. I figured Delay would strongarm him.

Sheas and Johnson voted yes.

Maybe Simmons realizes that he is about to lose his job thanks to Bush taking away the sub base and is taking his little hit back.
