2nd District's "traditional values" write-in candidate
In case you want to learn more about the person who might siphon a few votes off of Simmons's right flank:

I picked up two pieces of litter'chur from him yesterday, as he was circulating around the crowd before and after the debate. I don't think he's aware that there are any other issues besides the sanctity of traditional marriage.

He seems like a conversative alright, my friends took some stuff from him just so he would leave us alone. I think Lyons using the traditional marriage idea is the only way he'll get votes. He claims that the democrats and republicans aren't doing anything about this issue. Does it really matter for the 2nd district to even dicuss this issue? Stuff like the Sub base and especially prescription drugs are far more important. I hope he gets no votes! :argh:

They'll be siphoned off of Simmons's tally. I agree, though, I can't imagine this guy getting any significant support in this part of the country. Most of us just aren't into religious dominance.
