Lines out the door and through parking lot in Flowery Branch. |
|
We voted last Thursday and it took about 1 1/2 hours. I drove past our polling place around 9:00 this morning just to check on how it looked. The line was out the door, and well into the parking lot, but it appeared to be moving pretty well. They always have over a dozen machines there so I think it should go smoothly.

Turnout was much higher here in the No. Georgia mountains. What do you think it means? I would love to think we could turn Georgia blue!

We spent a lot of time working at the colleges and in the minority areas in n ga. I'm not dumb enough not to realize that dems are definately in the minority here, but I'm hopeing enough dems here, when coupled with all the ones in Atlanta can MAYBE get a squeeker out of Ga for Kerry! If nothing else, at least we're helping with the popular vote!!!

decide they just cant stand in line any longer. I hope they all realize that even if they have to wait in line all day ,this election is important enough to hang in there !
