Word is that Allen County Republican Party Chair Steve Shine smokes pot

A day or two after the election Tuesday a 911 call was made by his wife. The call mentions that Shine has pot.

Now isn't that something!! Mark Souder is a big time scumbag hardass bitch on criminalizing drug usage. Souder is the 3rd District Congressional Rep and author of the take away education funding for anyone convicted of using drugs bill. Allen County is in the 3rd District.

It must explain why Shine seems to be so laid back when he goes negative against Democrats. I wonder if he would need valium if he didn't use pot.

1. Yes, I heard about the 911 call when I was at Allen Co.

Democratic HQ for their monthly meeting yesterday morning. County Chairman Kevin Knuth said that it is coming out in the news, but might be buried.
