All the evidence points to a deliberate attempt by a politically motivated FEMA to embarrass a Dem Governor.

will they say, look, government is incompetent, let's privatize FEMA. After all WalMart and other private agencies sound like saviors in the article.

Incompetence is Incompetence, we must not let them spin this! Disaster relief must remain a government function. And it must be improved - a whole damned lot!!!
