2. I was wondering where you were
Congratulations!!!!! You've been the glue holding the Maryland forum together. Maryland has done well to vote for change and thank God Steele didn't win.

3. I am so happy! Thrilled to have Martin
as my new Guv, Cardin as my new Senator, a Republican repudiation in the House and the potential for control of the Senate. It has been such a long road.

7. But I did worry
And now I am so happy. I don't live in Maryland anymore but I campaigned hard against Ehrlich in 2002 when I lived there. I am so relieved that the Bush Clone lost to a good guy. And I am also happy that Steele's dirty tricks didn't work.

African Americans contributed to these two wins big time. I hope that O'Malley's lieutenant governor gets important duties. And I hope Mfume becomes mayor of Baltimore. I'm a big fan of Ike Leggett--met him once and really liked him personally. It's great that he won in Montgomery County.
