Washington University Students continuing their
sit in. Wash U students have been staging a sit in at Brookings Hall for over a week now. They are calling on the university to pay their workers a living wage of at least $10 an hour. For those who don't know about Wash U, it's a private school in St Louis and this year the undergraduate tuition/room and board came to a whopping $36k!

To see students who are probably from very wealthy families supporting working people like this gives me hope for the future.

1. Wash U was also very active in anti-VietNam war protests
And Brookings Hall had sit-ins then too. Nice to see that some things haven't changed.

2. I like Wash U.'s political climate
It's very liberal-leaning if you can't tell.
