KC Tea Party organized by local rightwing radio - counterprotest?
The details:

Come one, Come all to the “Walk a Mile in My Responsible Shoes Tea Party”
Bring your signs and your tea.
Join responsible Americans in peaceful protest against the
“Congessional Theft Act of 2009″ and the “Swindle Us Mortgage Bail Out”

When: Saturday February 28, 2009 at 10:00 am
Where to Meet: J.C. Nichols Fountain
47th and J.C. Nichols Parkway; Kansas City, MO

We will have a 1 mi walk to:
Senator Claire McCaskill (D)
K.C. Office 4141 Pennsylvania Ave
Kansas City, MO

1. STL had one also.
Made the Post Dispatch, fairly large article, at least 5 columns. Organizer stated over 1000 people showed up. Never would have known except for the article.
