What a relief! Marrs is officially defeated!

Recount confirmed Waddell is the new delegate in the 68th. I held my breath--especially when I learned that a tie would be settled by a coin toss. Still the odds are better there than in the General Assembly, which will determine the winner of the election for Attorney General in the case of a tie.

If you have to pick one Repub. over another, give us Waddell any day instead of Marrs.

6. This is actually pretty HUGE

Marrs was THEIR guy a real up and comer. He had all the right connection$ and appeared to be being groomed for a Statewide run and then...:shrug:

He is of course just a suit (from my estimation) but he was their suit and he said all their things.

I loved that she won. I ran into a fellow volunteer from the Kerry campaign who was working for her campaign. I'll bet there was much joy in that small group of people who made such a big difference. Good for them.
