Lawsuits regarding sling procedures using mesh |
|
Edited on Fri Jul-01-11 12:07 AM by Horse with no Name
Anyone have any bad experiences?
It's been a couple or more years since I had the procedure done...and I was reading some of the symptoms that people were suing for and it seems that I have them all and not once did my Doctor mention that there have been problems with the product.
I don't relish spending 6 hours having it removed...but really am unsure of how I am going to proceed at this point.
I'm just fortunate that I have a high pain threshold.
Just to be clear, I don't plan on suing...because I was fully aware that inserting a foreign body into your body can result in problems such as these, and I still chose to do the procedure hoping it would fix the problem.

1. Could you describe the "sling procedure" a bit and tell us |
|
what it is supposed to accomplish?

2. All you have to do is google mesh along with urinary incontinence or hernia repair, and you will |

3. Okay, thanks. I had no idea whether the "mesh" was installed |
|
in the A-C joint, the scrotum, or the abdominal cavity somewhere.

4. I am not saying it is. I do wish you the best, and hope whatever they do they are able to resolve |
