How are you proceeding? Any suggestions to maximize their pain and/or my gain? Is this the best forum to post this in?

2. Yeah, They really do suck
Sorry to hear you were one of their victims. We got out before they could successfully screw us, but we've still been notified that we might have a claim against the settlement fund.

Please don't be mislead into thinking this so-called organization is from India. They are a U.S. based company. They use cheap labor available in Bangalore India for obvious reasons. I truly don't see how this can save them too much money, after all the only real customer service provided by these scumbags is Ocwen's infamous expedited processing, more commonly known as the "Fast Fuc%". I was a lead plaintiff in a law suit that was filed against these bastar%s in 2003. After seven years of waiting and still not in the discovery stage it was quite clear that the (our) system was either: as incompetent or corrupt as the management at Ocwen. I discharged the law firm over a year ago. If you plan to litigate you'd be better of going Pro se than Class Action.

IMHO

Sorry, I failed to mention that the proposed settlement in the MDL case is an absolute joke. Mortgage Servicing Fraud... So easy a cave man can do it! Whoever said crime doesn't pay, didn't know a thing about these scumbags. All they needed was a few friends in Washington, maybe a bought Congressmen/women here and there and they were on easy street (Wall Street) with the literal get out of jail free card.

IMHO
