Easy and tasty. Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Herb Sauce.

This is one you could play around with. I made it for a friend of mine with ingredients she had in her kitchen. I'm going to try it with chicken next time.

This time I cut pork tenderloin into 1/2" slices and pounded to 1/4" thick. I also used half & half instead of cream and used enough to make enough sauce for pasta. I also used water instead of wine(didn't have any) and added onion and mushroom with the carrots.

3. I forgot to mention that we used Italian seasoning instead of the herbs they call for.
It has a lot of flavor for the effort involved in the preparation.
