Great snack / side - Deviled egg 'n avocado
Halve an avocado, slather with fresh lime juice.

Make your favorite deviled egg, then mash it all up.

Spoon into the avo halves. Top each with a scoop of salsa.

Plate with some ham or cheese and crackers. :hi:

1. Yummy!
I bet you have great skin with this type of diet. Shiny hair, too. :hi:

2. I had half an avocado with my salad at lunch today. Mmmmmm.
A Hass, it wasn't quite ripe enough to have that unctious smokey creaminess - it was more like a Fuerte. But still yummy.

3. Wow - sounds great.
Seeing as I have everything for your recipe (except for not using an upper denture, lol for chewing)) this is tomorrow's meal.

Thanks for posting it :-)

I'll probably add some sauteed chopped onions, garlic and black olives (that I opened up today for that spinach potato casserole.)

I've been hungry for soft carrots also.

The only thing I like about cold weather, is the cold-weather food we Minnesotans love to cook. Soups, stews and of course lutefisk and lefse for the holidays.

4. That sounds good! I can make a meal from an avocado, boiled egg
and crackers. I also like cherry tomatoes with that and a little ham and cheese is nice, too, but not necessary.
