Izzy has Vestibular disease--and need food recommendations.

Needless to say I'm relieved....I thought she was having a stroke and that we'd have to have that discussion that I dread. She's been unsteady on her feet and falling down. She's been very uncomfortable getting around on hard floors and has been pretty much staying on carpet. The vet said that this often resolves itself in a few days.

In the meanwhile he suggested that we get her a raised bowl for her food and make the switch to a wet food. She's 14 and I've fed her Nutro natural her entire life. (with the occasional scraps)
She's losing a bit of weight and although she's eating her appetite is failing a bit. Anyone have experience in switching an older dogs food? Obviously, I'll do it gradually.

It comes in cans and as dry kibble type food. Various flavors.
