Hmmm. No Madden 09 thread?
Comes out tomorrow.

This will be my first next gen Madden. I took the last few years off. Looking forward to seeing how it looks on the PS3.

1. Just find a Madden 08 thread, or 07, 0r 06....
Same damn game...over and over.

2. "Binary binary binary binary binary binary binary..."
Like a bad repeat of "Journey's End" from Doctor Who.

:D

3. Sorry KGF, but my geekitude has it's limits
I've never watched Dr. Who...never had the chance/opportunity really. I know the basics though...the Doctor, the Daleks, The Master, etc...

4. It was the worst thing I've ever seen happen to one of his companions
Donna went through the whole season with him, and then at the very end of that episode, she SPOILER:

had her entire experiences erased from her memory forever. She somehow became the "Doctor/Donna" and absorbed everything the Doctor knew, but it was too much for her human brain to handle. She started repeating herself literally like a broken record ("binary binary binary binary binary binary") and the Doctor had to wipe her mind clean, back to before she had met him.

It was sad. If she ever remembers anything about him or her travels with him, she'll burn up in a second.

Poor Donna.

If you want to watch a good episode to start with on the "New Who", I'd suggest "Blink" from Season 3. It just won a Hugo Award for Dramatic Presentation, Short Form. Veeerrry good episode.

As to Madden? Pffft. Someone else needs to get a license for football, pronto.
