dialysis- any helpful knowledge here? |
|
Hubby is going in for surgery to remove the left kidney, gall bladder and appendix. His creatinine levels are such that the removal of the kidney sends him directly into dialysis. Any helpful hints, etc. would be appreciated, both from the patient and care giver's point of view.
Thanks.

the second link is particularly useful
I was hoping someone here at DU would be able to discuss how they feel and deal with issues surrounding being on dialysis.
